Maloric — Autonomous maritime propulsion

The challenge: Build from scratch a kite-powered autonomous propulsion system for ships — a deeptech product that didn't exist, with extreme mechanical, electronic, and software constraints.

What I did: Full system architecture — mechanics, power electronics, autopilot, firmware. Testing, validation, certification. 3 patents filed. From concept to commercialization.

Fabrice deeply analyzed our technical architecture and identified concrete areas for improvement. Clear solutions that allowed us to unblock critical issues and move forward on solid foundations.

Our 6-axis laser stripping robot had precision issues. He identified the bottlenecks, proposed a mechanical redesign and software optimization. The system now meets spec.
